CANCELLATION POLICIES:

We reserve your appointment time for you. Please cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance by calling our office. Missing an appointment may result in a $75 missed appointment feel. A second missed appointment may result in being charged for the full service price.

FINANCIAL POLICIES:

All purchases are non-refundable.
Previous purchases are non-transferrable. 
We do not price match nor do we refund the difference after a purchase if there is a special/sale/or bonus.

"BANKED" SERVICES:

​

All pre-paid injectable products and services must be used within one year of purchase or they expire. All packages of multiple treatments must be completed within a year of purchase or the unused services will expire.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

​

If you have been ill, changed medications, had dental work, or travelled outside of the country please alert our staff in advance of any treatments. Please feel comfortable bringing up any concerns or conditions.
